- Customers must fit safely into the harness and be approved by the tandem instructor.
- No one under 18 is allowed; valid government ID required – no ID, no jump, no refund.
- No alcohol or drugs 8 hours prior – suspicion of influence means no jump, no refund.
- No phones or personal recording equipment allowed.
- Non-skydivers cannot board the aircraft.
- No skydiving within 24 hours of scuba diving.
- All skydivers must sign a health declaration and indemnity/waiver form.
- Pregnant women cannot skydive
