The South Rim is considered by many to be the main tourist area of the Grand Canyon, featuring several iconic views of the canyon and more visitor services available. Managed by the Nation Park Service, the South Rim is where many of the hiking trails and lookout points are located. The West Rim is located on land owned by the Hualapai Nation, who also operate the attractions on this part of the canyon. The Grand Canyon Skywalk is located at the West Rim.
