You must contact us to confirm whether your pickup can be accommodated. Important: Failure to confirm your pickup details may result in missing your scheduled tour. Refunds will not be issued if you do not follow these instructions and miss your pickup Please be advised that all tour itineraries are subject to alteration, and the applicable cancellation policies shall be enforced. Gray Line shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays, diminished visibility, or modifications to the itinerary resulting from traffic conditions, inclement weather, force majeure events, or mechanical malfunctions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. Once the 24-hour window has passed, tickets are non-refundable.
