We have Grand Canyon West rim with skywalk and lunch on Sep 13 2024. That day Duane is our driver and he is also the guide. It was a busy day for a bus almost full with passengers. Duane is really good, he shared his stories and provided all necessary information, making sure everyone is safe. If we had an extra person to share his work, that would be perfect.

Our driver was knowledgeable and good but the speaker in the van (not bus!) was crackling so we couldn't hear properly. No one was very sure about what to do and what was available. These details could have been sent in an email so we had a clear understanding. For example, there were 2 spots to visit and 2 spots to choose from for lunch. At the canyon we found out we couldn't take cameras onto the skywalk but if we wanted pictures we could pay $50 for someone to take them. We chose not to and then were shuffled out of the way of the ones that had as though we didn't matter. This isn't a Grayline issue but if you are taking this tour, be aware. Lastly we thought we were booked on a bus, but it was a van and since my husband and I were the last 2, we couldn't sit together and talk about our trip. We were in single seats. The ride was comfortable and water was supplied once we got there.

We really enjoyed the tour with our driver Dwayne. He didn't only drive us safely around, he entertained us with his jokes also. It was a lot of fun. I can recommend the tour with Dwayne anytime again. Kind regards. Lara

Our driver was awesome. He had a great wealth of knowledge of where we were going what was there and how to best spend your time at the sites. He was late for picking us up in the morning and that was frustrating but he made up for it with a good sense of humor! The tour itself was very wellPlanned out with strategic stops and an all inclusive option that was truly all inclusive!
