Our tour guide, Chris, was awesome. He provided us with the information we needed in advance of getting there and also provided us with history of the places we passed along the way. Definitely 5 star service for him. If I could rate the passengers, I’d give a few of them negative 10 stars. We were delayed returning by a hour because one of them forgot his cell phone at the restaurant and instead of sending his partner back to the bus to let Chris know what was going on, both decided to stay. Poor Chris had to try to figure out who was missing and where they were. In my opinion (and probably the rest of the passengers as well), we should have left them behind for their lack of judgement and disregard for our time. At the very least, they should have apologized to everyone for the delay when they returned to the bus but they acted like it was nothing. Kudos to Chris for his professionalism.

If you have never been to the canyon you need to do this tour. Our tour guide Derek was fantastic and a lot of fun. Felt sorry for him at the end of a long day having to do so many drop offs in the crazy traffic. My only suggestion would be to have around 3 pick up and drop off points.
