Purchasing was easy and it was a great deal for the bus tour, however before people purchase the skywalk you should let them know that the line will be ridiculously long and if you want to see anything else while there you probable shouldn't do the skywalk, also might want to let people know about the extra skywalk charges if they want pictures and the fact that you cant take your own pictures from the skywalk. we paid for the skywalk but bailed when we got into the building cuz the line was long and we wanted to actually see the canyon before the bus left

Our tour guide, Chris, was awesome. He provided us with the information we needed in advance of getting there and also provided us with history of the places we passed along the way. Definitely 5 star service for him. If I could rate the passengers, I’d give a few of them negative 10 stars. We were delayed returning by a hour because one of them forgot his cell phone at the restaurant and instead of sending his partner back to the bus to let Chris know what was going on, both decided to stay. Poor Chris had to try to figure out who was missing and where they were. In my opinion (and probably the rest of the passengers as well), we should have left them behind for their lack of judgement and disregard for our time. At the very least, they should have apologized to everyone for the delay when they returned to the bus but they acted like it was nothing. Kudos to Chris for his professionalism.
