Poor communication for morning of trip. Lots of people scrambling around outside the hotel checking with each vehicle that arrived to see if it was Gray Line. Bus arrived c. 15 mins after due time. Trip to Canyon fine. At the Canyon it was clear that the tour combined those who had bought cheaper tour tickets with those who had paid for IMAX plus lunch. Those on the cheaper ticket had thus to hang around for 40 mins or more with nothing to do.The Canyon visits to two areas were terrific although somewhat rushed...the 40 mins above would have been better spent at these 2 locations. Perhaps the IMAX video can be sent in advance to those who have paid for it?Driver on the trip was excellent.The constant barking on about 15 -20 dollars tip pp being minimum, prior to each hotel drop off, was seriously embarrassing. In summary, a superb location to visit from Vegas but some tweaks on operational delivery would improve the customer experience immensely.

The tour is worthwhile for a day. Grand Canyon scenery is so beautiful. Our tour guide, Prince was professional especially in time management. He was friendly too. Our driver, Dominique had shown her safety skills . We enjoyed this trip. Thank you.
